Although I have used Google Adwords and Wordtracker in the past and they have both offered great suggestions, there is another excellent tool called Webfire, which not only helps to suggest keywords but also shows how many websites are optimised for each keyword or keyphrase and as such allows you to decide on the best keywords with little competition. Webfire has many other excellent SEO tools ... definitely worth considering if you are serious about SEO for your website.
