You can set firstly meta tags and titles by using proper keywords..Then you can perform some offpage task like directory Submission,social bookmarking,search engine submission,blog commenting etc,photo or video submission targeting the strong keywords..These are very good ways that are opted at initial stages while doing SEO of any website and can give you best within 1-2 months if done properly..
