What work environments exist for consultants?
Anyone one have share the knowledge of work environments exist for consultants.
According to me, Consultants can either be independent contractors, freelancers, or self-employed professionals who go about finding organizations in need of assistance, or they can work for a larger consulting firm which finds projects and consulting jobs for them. The consultant work environment exist when an employee experiences workplace harassment and fears going to work because of the offensive, intimidating or oppressive. For example, if an employee reported safety violations at work, was injured, attempted to join a union, or in some way caused trouble for the management, then their response might be to harass and pressure the employee to quit.

Usually, consultants possess a more in-depth knowledge of a specific industry or field than the organization itself. Organizations in need of this knowledge hire consultants on a temporary basis to provide them with information and insight that they would otherwise get from their regular employees.

Consultants are almost like advisers--they don't have a rigid number of work hours and not also bound by formal work papers. Their expertise is measured by the length of time they spent on something and as well as depth of the area of responsibility they covered.
