While commenting on a no-follow blog might get you streams of referral traffic, commenting on a do-follow blog brings you backlinking credit. The technique works great with me, I use Keyword Country to find traffic-pulling, high authority, related blogs to comment on...I am all for it!

Blog commenting have different advantages in terms of visitors, back linking and indexing by search engines as well. But the main advantage I think is back linking which gives your website boom in searches.

Now a day�s google treat No follow links in a different way. So don't think all no follow links are useless or no value. A blog with good Domain authority with no follow links still have value. Blog commenting bring direct traffic. Bringing traffic or visitors is the main goal of a website or business.

When We comment on do follow Blog ! Our comment converter in Link & the comments becomes link so its the benefit of Blog Commenting !
