I would say both of them are not good for getting a traffic boost. This is a misconception. SBM's started with a motive to provide a good announcement for a new site, but it started getting heavily spammed so it lost its charm! Where as the social media SHOULD NOT be used for getting or expecting traffic.. it should be used for creating a social awareness only!
