I've tried 5 different web hosts to date and the reason I chose and have continued to stay with GTHost.com is their customer service. They moved my website in one day and one of their support guys actually called me on skype to help me with any questions I had regarding their service.

When things go wrong, they explain what's happening and what they're doing to fix it and prevent it in future. The price for GTHost.com instant servers is very cheap and setup very quick, the control panel is different but houses loads of features and after a while is really easy to use.
