According to a recent survey, the statistics revealed that
� 3 out of 4 people are using social networks regularly
� Social media has overtaken email as the #1 regular activity while online.
� There are around 200 million blogs today and 900,000 blog posts every day
� 34% post opinions about companies, brands and products
� 93% of social media users believe companies should have a presence in social media.
� In 400 million social media users 20 million people are joining fan pages every day.
� Around 5 billion links, photos and videos are shared every day.
� Facebook added 100 million users in 6 months and Google Plus aims to beat Facebook in all aspects
� Over 10 million twitter updates goes every day.
