How are spam complaints monitored and dealt with?
As for reliable VPS hosts, can recommend: 1) Profvds.com 2) Hostnamaste.com 3) Midphase.com Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.
