Have a look at plans from hostingsource.com and rockhoster.com as they are full-featured and cheap.
Don't go anywhere else. You'll regret it. |

I like Rockhoster.com openvz vps hosting. The uptime is great no outgoing whatsoever. The databases and CMS work great. Had one issue setting up an SSL account and they went the extra mile to resolve it to my satisfaction.
