when stressed,no other options left to me and hence ...i use to listen soft music for some time to give my heart some relax

Music relieves the great day's tension and even stress in a person, listening to music is healthy and tends to break the silence in an environment, too songs are educative, encouraging and comforting.

It is the best way of relaxation, music is very help full to take out frustration and stressfulness. Also it is a good entertaining component. Listening for music is my all time favourite leisure time activity.
