No, I don't listen music since Music is prohibited in Islam and those who Liston music will be punished by Allah.

A lot of times, i listen to music that suits my feelings. When I'm bored, music entertains me. It expresses emotion and power and to some people like you or I, it's the difference between sitting in a room, bored, or being on top of the world looking down on all the events happening and having music illustrate them for you.

Listening music improves our attention and it is help us to stay without stress. We can leave our emotional thoughts when ever we listen the favorite music..

when stressed,no other options left to me and hence ...i use to listen soft music for some time to give my heart some relax
