A good friend of mine recommended me to deal with netshop-isp.com.cy team. I just had the pleasure of getting support for my hosting. Anytime there has been an issue, they are super responsive. I like that they are also proactive about virus infections if they happen. They don't let your whole server get hacked like other economy hosts. Very happy with the pricing as well.
