Get the backlinks from the tool and any other method. Check your backlinks if they are worth to your site or harmful. Make a list of the urls which you want to disavow and add it to the disavow tools in your google webmasters. It will disavow the backlinks and are no longer to pass the link juice and google won't consider it.
