I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability! Think these web hosts would be perfect solution for your needs: 1) HostingSource.com ; 2) Liquidweb.com ; 3) Hostrocket.com ; 4) Cloudarion.com I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, steady host.

Can suggest visiting Cloudarion.com VPS Hosting deals. I get a response from somebody usually within 5 minutes and they're always willing to help. Great Hosting and great support. Have three domains with them and been great host.
