Please don't judge me, this is just my humble opinion:
A website with (google) pagerank above 8, is a very "huge" website.
It will be equal with microsoft.com or twitter.com (pagerank 9).

In this level, I think you need to focus on "service", not on SEO.
You must satisfy your users, and "users" means "very very much users".
And your user, will do the SEO itself, for you.

For example, you may want to provide API for your website.

I agree with alponz. Now you need to focus only on your services remaining things i.e SEO will be done by your users for you.
