• Go to cox.com link and login to the account by entering the sign-in credentials.
• Click on ‘Profile’ menu and enter the Cox ID and password. You need to go to Email notification section to change the password.
• Click on ‘Change account password’.
• Enter the old password first followed by the new password.
• Enter the new password twice to confirm it.
• Save the settings which are recently changed.
