Which is better: sitemap.xml or sitemap.html
I'm confused about sitemap.xml or sitemap.html, please suggest me which is better?

Sitemap.Xml ls machine readable and Sitemap.html is human readable

Both XML and HTML sitemaps help search engines crawl your site. The main difference being that a HTML sitemap helps visitors gain a comprehensive understanding of your site, while XML more specifically caters to the search engines.

XML sitemap is best as compared to HTML sitemap because XML Sitemap allow search engines to find all of your webpagesl

HTML sitemaps are no longer used. They were a way of letting Google see the content of all your pages without having to follow all the internal links
You can update the date in the sitemap.xml file to tell Google to come back and re-index the content |
