There are two types of SEO in practice white hat SEO and black hat SEO in white hat SEO, webmaster follow all guideline of search engine to rank their website. Black hat SEO is a technique to get website rank in top of the search engine quickly by doing spamming but this is not a preferable method and search engine would be give penalty to a website.
