Is it right way to buy followers on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks to get traffic and how does Google react to this kind of activities?

No, Google itself doesn't react to this kind of activity unless you do it using their product like Google Plus. The ones that take actions to these kinds of activities are the social media site owners where you buy tweets or likes or other form of social signals.

I think if you want to buy the facebook likes or youtube followers. They will not harm your website. But how Google react on this I don't know about it.

organic like or follower is good it will nt spam otherwise your domain can block by google..............

If you love you increase the facebook page like means,buying Facebook like is good process.But its not good for your business.Because your services not reach to your targeted people.

Buying followers might get you the numbers but not the users. As most of the fans & followers would be bots which are created for the sole purpose of liking the pages/ increasing followers. Quantity vs Quality. Yes you have followers but non of them are real. You purchase zombies.

No, it is not right. buying a bulk of followers is regarded as the spamming technique by search engine. So avoid it.

I can't say about the right way it works some time, as there are many websites which offers likes, followers etc. like SEOClerks, and you can always buy from there.
