All SEO web Masters said Google Algorithm only determines the website ranking position on search result depending on website performance,quality etc...But nobody does not tell about how that algorithm looks like...Its a kind of programming language or kind of formulas and anything else or totally different from this...?

It is a program like software in which number of formulas are used to fulfill different purpose. I don't know which language Google uses to develop it.

Google want to present only quality content for the users search. so they develop algorithm again and again. and no-one knows about the algorithm how it work else Google Developers.
