What is a Site-Map?
What is it and what does it do to my website and how does it help in SEO?
I dont know if i need one or not & if i do, i dont know how to make one.
Can anybody help me and/or give me some info on Site-Maps?

Sitemap tell search engine to discover number of pages and parameter available for SE to crawl.

I am with hostgator & in the cpanel there is a SEO tool which submits site-maps to search engines & when i didnt it, it submitted my forums site-map with me creating one.
