Home Page or Inner Page?
If i am optimizing the same meta tag to home page and also inner pages of the website means,which page will be display on Google? home page or inner page?

both are important, you have to put proper keyword tags and seo parameter.

Use different tags for inner pages and submissions to each page, it's helps to rank each page.

Instead of starting competition between inner page and home page, try to use different tags for one of them, otherwise keyword cannibalization may occur.
