I have seen this site www.filevice.com. they offer free file sharing and earn money same time.
anyone can upload thier files to the site and share it.they are currenly offering 3 months free premium for all users using copoun FILEVICE121=90 for this offer . the users
can also make money from the site by referring users to buy premium account.
