Your website is very slow, it also has way too many elements on the home page in terms of user experience. The website slider is also something that's obsolete in design and it moves so fast. Animations on web pages should be subtle. Too many colors it's just very very busy.

About pictures
In the cover pictures, you should strive to use the best ones. I say the visual output needs to be realized more. It allows the user's appeal!

It seems like a lot is going on on the home page, I would tone it down a bit. Over all the website looks fine, it's just a lot going on.
