Live Chat support is always there. They are logical in attempting to figure out a solution. They help you to learn the system. Rockhoster.com is a cool EU web host, highly recommend them.

They even have nice scripting extras! Rockhoster.com has been excellent support and reliable. They have hosted several websites for me and I have no complaints. Good value. Very good reliability.
