You can work for much better PR or page ranks that could be granted by the Big G or Google search engine these days. Focus on the BL or back links.

The PR is not something that we should be totally worried about at the current times. There are still other aspects of your site that needs better attention.

This PR or page rank thing is just a system of the Big G or Google search engine to measure the reliability of any web based site in the net.

Google Page Rank (Google PR) is one of the methods Google uses to determine a page's relevance or importance.Important pages receive a higher Page Rank and are more likely to appear at the top of the search results.Google Page Rank (PR) is a measure from 0 -10.Google Page rank is based on back links. The more quality back links the higher Google page rank. Improving your Google page rank (building quality back links) is very important if you want to improve your search engine rankings.

Sites also need to be relevant to your niche. Additionally you have to wait for an update on your PR to change and could be a long time.

You need quality backlinks on high PR sites. Sites also need to be relevant to your niche. Additionally you have to wait for an update on your PR to change and it could take a long time. Thus it is beneficial but efforts and consistency are required.
