For getting high quality backlinks by using several SEO Off-Page techniques:
- Do Bookmark Submissions
- Write Articles using good quality content
- Post Classified Ads
- Create Blog and do commenting
- Take part in online discussions
Always leave signatures in the end.

Yeah, I agree that article is one of the best way, but its not the only thing you need to focus on. I have been trying ton of different things online to make money and didn't get very far at all until I made my own review site. I didn’t start making a ton of money straight away but after a couple of months I was pulling in just under $1000 per month on one site. I am now on a mission to build many of them.

Every one share social bookmarking and directory submission is used to make back link but it's back link is known as spamming... I am used forum to make back link..

Choose High PR Blog, Article Directory, Social Bookmark, Site Directory, such as DMOZ, DIGG, Fark, Articlebase,etc. Select sites with DoFollow backlinks. To some extent, these types of sites provide quality backlinks. Avoid blog comments and links from rubbish sites. There is an option of buying links from sites like SEOclerks, listingdock too.
