basically a high bounce rate is when someone goes to your website has a 2 sec look at it then leaves because it isn't good or interesting, but if someone goes to an interesting website that has what they are looking for, they will stay on that site and browse through all the pages and content. This would be a low bounce rate. So bounce rate definately affects your score in googles eyes. The bottom line is provide quality content that is focused to your target audience
