if you intend to invest in real estate and properties then it is better if you think of the long run than short run benefits.

Is this a good time to invest in real estate in India?
This is really a good time to invest in India as there is a recession time where there is more supply and there are no buyers to buy the property. However in India if you want to invest money in Real estate I would suggest my client to invest in the area near by the corporate hub or the IT Parks such as the Eon IT Park in Pune, Electronic City in Bangalore, Mind Space in Mumbai and if you want to all this things then i will suggest to invest Property in Delhi, Property in Gurgaon.

At these place there is a lot of job opportunity so the demand will rise in these location.

India property can be purchased with the help of a loan and steady income can be earned by not selling it and getting its worth through rent from the tenants. If we wisely choose any property like buying house or shops, it can further offer us better returns than any other market.

In the real estate market, it is important to be able to analyze whether it is the right time to buy or sell a property as investing in the real estate market without knowing the ins and outs of real estate investment might cause more financial loses than gains. There are lots of ways to learn real estate investment strategies like browsing through real estate investment articles, attending seminars, reading books on real estate, etc. You can also go for real estate training by a real estate coach.
