I use ahref it is very good though it allows only limited use.But if your are smart to remove cookies who care.

adwords.google.com/keywordplanner
semrush.com ubersuggest.org google.com/trends keywordtool.io longtailpro.com These are all good for the keyword analysis

Will try your suggestion, though currently i was using google webmaster and adword. But i do personally think that they are not meant for that purpose. Adwords is meant for advertisement and not keyword research though people use it for that purpose.By the way do you know any tool that can tell on which page is my site listed with any particular keyword.That would be very helpful.
