Start running at a slow pace, just above walking and basically just make sure that each time you run to push yourself a little further - don't just give up, every time you want to give up just go a little bit more. Even if it is a couple of yards.
It will improve drastically if you stick to it. Try and run as often as you can, you will see an improvement in 2 weeks max.

Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape, but did you know that it can benefit almost every part of your body. By running regularly you can improve circulation, and reduce the risk of a heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke. And that's why I like running then GYM.
