There are no definite guidelines regarding the duration of headline and meta information labels. However the suggested duration of headline is somewhere between 55 to 60 figures such as areas, because more than this likely to be cut down in the search results. So try to keep the headline duration to 55 figures such as areas for best possible making. You can go up to 60 figures in complete, but try not to surpass this.
