Are you asking how to check competitor's back link list?. You can use some tools like back link watch and link diagnosis. There you can collect list of bookmarking and directories sites where your competitor saved his back link. The only thing you have to do is entering the official URL of your competitor in these tools such as back link watch and back link checker and ahrefs.
