Make sure to contact them and see if they can do services for you such as restarts etc fast. Also confirm what kind of conditions your server would be kept under - that is very important.
I can say Dailyrazor.com is the most reliable host in US I know. Can highly recommend these guys for those webmasters looking for professional and cheap web hosting as well as domain registration services.
