Hi there,

It depends on a lot of different things but i'd imagine that they are either running some kind of custom audience/retargeting list or more likely, that have found some interests to target that are difficult for most people to find which makes the competition so much lower. On top of that they have probably tested a lot of different ads to find the best performing one.
