For SEO Google almost like most important backlinks like,
Nacked Link : Which is otherwise known as Hyperlink or Anchor link.
Universal Anchor Text : It doesn't look like natural link to anchor. Universal anchor text looks like giving the generic links to anchor the link. For eample, Read more..., click here.., Goto... etc.,
Varied Anchor Text - Hyperlink which targeting to a exact keyword with related anchor text. Example: "keywords"
Google randomly likes Reputable websites - A Domain with excellent and high page rank website.
Social Media Websites - Building links on social medias like Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.,
