Amongst all things suggested by others above, as "Tapdark" pointed out, the site is very slow and not mobile friendly. Google rolled out "Mobilegeddon" on Tuesday April 21st. All sites that are not mobile friendly will get hit on mobile search. This effect will be felt after the 28th. So if you want to be found on mobile (est. 60% of users are now mobile), tweak your site.
