Honestly, the site look a bit dated. Current trend is to start on top and drill down. I'll give you example: Let say your landing page has the four major destinations: Viet nam Canbodia; Laos; Maynmar.Under each destination some relevant info and a link to explore deeper. After user clicks again limited content with branching into more detail. The main reason for this is that your site in the current design is completely unreadable on mobile devices, see for yourself mobiletest.me
