I have about 12 years experience developing mid-large size web applications. Here are my preferences:
1. Ruby on Rails 2. CakePHP (PHP based MVC framework) 3. Yii Framework (PHP based MVC framework) 4. Zend (I would have listed it at #1 or #2 however Im listing it at #4 due to non-existent support online) 5. JSP - Java Server pages is good if you would want your web application to work along with other ERPs active in your enterprise, since Java is platform independent.
