I must say that I love to drink coffee. It is a delicious drink. In my work office I very often drink coffee, because we have a coffee machine that I don't have at home
But I learned that coffee in the morning for me does not work too well, especially if you do not eat breakfast, and true is that I often leave the house without first meal.

Therefore, the work start with green tea which also adds a lot of energy. First cup of coffee I reach about a noon, when comes first weariness after a few hours at work. I also try to drink a lot of water, because a large quantity of tea and coffee can dehydrate your body, and it also gives rise to feelings of fatigue by ourselves.
