Well in StumbleUpon if you are not getting traffic then you might not have more followers or you might not be submitting it the right way. Put description when you add any page in it. Follow those who are related to your website and this way they will also follow you.
Post blog pages and articles in that. This way your followers will get more interest in your topic and surely your traffic will increase. Also try Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest and G+ are the best sites for increasing traffic.
