Site design is good I like it, there are though too many ads in the text this may annoy some users. over keep going it looks like a successful site.

Nice looking site.
My minor suggestions: The Facebook and G+ icons looks a bit thrown there and mismatched. Also the Navigation area to the left changes width on mouse over, causing the entire are to jump around. Overall though, the site looks great, Good luck with it.
