My experience with NetShop ISP web host has been exceptional in terms of customer support and communications. I am not an IT guy so support is important to me. Every conversation was pleasant and helpful.

Best customer service you will ever find, anywhere! Fullstop.
Centohost.com dedicated servers are excellent too, very fast and I've never experienced any down time.
