Buying a server ... which one is right?

Servers from asvhost.com and hosting.uk are nice for me and I hesitate which one is better to stick to and why?

I would normally look for in below order:
Support (Technical support is very important), Value for Price (you will get what you pay for), Uptime, Reliability!

As for time-tested and trusted brands can recommend Hostforweb.com web hosting.
The forum is running very smooth, and the bandwidth is much for such a cheap price.
