Well, there is no benchmark as such but its very much subjective to the

product you are promoting & industry's average.
Overall landing page experience of the users. E .g. for insurance industry the bounce rate can be higher as insurance in india as it is still purchased offline more than online. People still rely on references & recommendations by their family & friends.
So in short, better your targeting & landing page experience is ,lower the bounce rate would be.
