A 100% with you on this Nick Woods, yes no one can and must take black hat SEO techniques too lightly. Not only is it illegal but is also unethical exploitation of internet marketing. I am a complete PRO-white hat SEO and feel that when we can achieve results using acceptable techniques why resort to anything else that will only back fire with bad branding and questionable reputation.
