It,s depends how many links/RD you have and how old your site is:
- say you have 10000 links, 1500 RD, your site is 5 years old; then linking from 25-50 new domains in a day is fine - say you have 50 links, 20 RD, your site is 2 month old; then linking from 2-5 new domains in a day is fine just do things within reason; if your link velocity is too high, there is a risk of dropping in rankings, temporarily or not.
