Could you please review my webpage?

We sell medical products mainly for physiotherapy, dental, nursing, beauty. Could any one give me some feedback about my online webpage? When you open the page it automatically opens in english? Because with the geo locator should open in english for people outside Portugal and in Spanish for people from Spain. And Portuguese for Portuguese.
