Search Engines for blacklisted sites

Here's something I just thought of while looking at the irrelevant results for a search term.

Are there SEs that crawl sites but only show results for blacklisted and/or spam sites?

For example, you type in a key word, eg blue widgets, and it shows you a list of sites that have been banned by G for using BH tactics, or potentially be using BH techniques/be banned for said techniques.

I know it's an odd thought but I do see some value in something like this.
