Optimizing the Site KW

There is a saddening thing that is happening with my web based site and this is due to the fact that it has been on a steady decline in the past few days. I am referring of course to the rates of traffic that comes into it and the income that I am earning at a day to day basis. Some of my colleagues are aware of the fact that the site really needs a lot of good things in connection with the KW or key words that are being used by me on it. How can I make sure that these things are fully optimized for web based visibility? Please get your information posted in here now.
